Location: Dumfries & Galloway / Scottish Borders

NXT are proud to be working on behalf of a premium Property, Land & Estate Agency and due to recent growth, we are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator.
Previous industry experience is highly advantageous, although we are also keen to speak with those with a strong background in sales, business development and client management. Due to the nature of this role, you must be driven, self-motivated and ambitious.
You will be working throughout Dumfries & Galloway and the Scottish Borders and you must have a full UK Driving Licence and your own transport.
Duties will include:
* Arranging and attending viewings and ensuring prospective buyers are made aware of the features and benefits of the property
* Representing the seller in negotiation with prospective buyers
* Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all parties, including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
* Advising buyers, helping them understand what they want to buy and making them aware of all options available to them
* Making sure that the price agreed is acceptable to both the buyer and the seller
* Keeping up to date with trends in the industry and the local market
* All aspects of administration and management of confidential information
Skills & Experience:
* A proven background in a target driven sales environment
* Well presented and experience of selling premium, high-end products
* Property sales experience is highly desirable, although not essential
* Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively unsupervised
* Strong IT skills and confident when using CRM systems, spreadsheets and databases
* Good marketing skills and experience of social media marketing would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers and establish a rapport is essential
