We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to support our Sheffield based client on a customer service project on a temporary basis. The role will be set up from home initially but you must live close enough to Chappletown and be happy to go back into the office when our client asks.

Starting towards the end of February, the assignment will be for 3 months initially.

The hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The role will be dealing with customer online, and also some customer service phone work, dealing with customer queries and complaints.

You must have previous customer service skills, A confident and professional telephone manner is essential for this position as well as good IT skills as you will be using the in house database but full training will be given
