Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator
Duties Include but are not limited to:
?? Process sales orders and maintain order data
?? Handle customer enquiries from order to delivery
?? Advised customers of order status, changes and supply issues
?? Perform customer verifications
?? Perform general office duties and project work as required
?? Accurate customer feedback
Skills/Experience Required:
?? Excellent telephone manners
?? Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
?? A Strong customer service approach
?? Be IT literate, MS Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel)
?? Familiar with CRM systems
?? A proactive approach to work and problems
In return you will benefit from:
37.5 hr week
Hours of work 09:00 - 17:00 pm Monday to Friday
25 days annual
