Mobile Night Worker - Brighton & Worthing

Based in Brighton & Hove or Worthing, East Sussex, UK.

37.5 hours per week (4 on 4 off rota)

Permanent contract

GBP22,640 per annum

(Plus GBP1,500 annual night worker allowance)

We are recruiting to our Night Support Team to work within our supported housing in Brighton & Hove, Worthing, and Adur.

You will work within our properties that provide accommodation and associated support services to those aged 16-35 years. An understanding of the support needs of the young people we work with is desirable.

In particular, you will help to keep our properties safe and secure throughout the night.

While there are systems in place to support you, we require someone who is able to deal with unacceptable behaviour appropriately.

This is challenging yet rewarding work that helps the young people we support to belong, contribute, and thrive.

The shifts are waking nights. You will provide mobile support to our dispersed and staffed properties as well as providing occasional static cover.

A full, valid driving licence is essential, but a vehicle will be provided where required.

The position comes with excellent benefits, including 27 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays), a company sick pay scheme, a life assurance policy of 2x your annual salary, a health and wellbeing cash plan, and a cycle to work scheme. Please download a job pack for more information about other benefits offered.
