We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a forever growing worldwide business based in the Stowmarket area!

This is fantastic opportunity for you to join a reputable and growing company based in Ipswich.

Our client is looking for a hard working, reliable and versatile candidate to join their team on a 6 month temporary period;

Your duties will include but not be limited to;

First point of contact on incoming telephone line for the sales department
Processing of Sales Orders / Purchase Orders
Working with the spares team to ensure swift communication back to customers regarding all queries
Sales Lead qualification
Warranty Registration of machines
Maintenance of sales orders
Liaising with UK Dealers, Export Distributors and end customers as required
Updating and Maintaining our customer database
Preparation of Machine manuals
Travel Bookings UK and Abroad including flights (when appropriate)
All other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the sales office

The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and experience of a Sales Administration role, be able to provide excellent communication skills as well as being proficient in Microsoft applications but have good strong knowledge of Excel.

In this role you will be using CRM systems so knowledge of this system or similar systems is essential.

We are looking for a candidate to start in a role immediately so you must be available within short notice and be committed to attending an interview.
