Lettings Negotiator - Hackney
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 + Com OTE GBP45,000 plus Company Car OR Car Allowance
Due to business growth and expansion, our client is currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for one of their nine offices which span across East and North West London. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious individual who is hardworking and ambitious who will be able to flourish in a fast-moving environment and always customer focussed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting viewings and letting properties
* Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
* Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
* Facilitating a let through to move in
* Previous lettings experience is essential
* Full UK driving licence.
The desire to learn and develop is more important than a background in property. We expect eagerness and determination from our employees and in return they can expect in-house training and development.
