Vehicle Administrator with Accounts Administration experience


Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Up to GBP23k Basic

Pinnacle Placement is representing a established business in Chelmsford who are recruiting for a experienced Vehicle Administrator to join their team. Your responsibilities will include:

* To tax new and used cars;

* To invoice new and used cars, preparing appropriate company handover packs;

* Set up warranties for approved and non-approved cars;

* Check and maintain reports, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs on a timely basis;

* Maintain payment records and conduct all relevant file checks;

* Process and Track department of motor vehicle registrations;

* Accounts duties as and when required

Person Specification:

* Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc):

* Previous experience within a Vehicle Administrator role in a dealership ideal;

* Experience within an Accounts role;

* High attention to detail;

* Ability to use own initiative and work on own, or within a team;

* Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment;

* Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload;

* Friendly expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

* A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn;
