I am currently working with a professional Wealth Management firm in Dundee who due to heavy work volumes and continued growth are looking to expand their support team.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a close knit team as an IFA Administrator, providing shared support to a group of Financial Advisers within the business.
Daily tasks shall include but are not limited to:
* Processing of pensions and investment applications
* Acting as a point of contact to new and existing clients, ensuring a professional and efficient service at all times.
* Contacting product providers to chase up information, sending out LOA's and updating the inhouse database.
* Preparing pre-sale client packs, valuations and suitability reviews.
* Managing own diary and workload as well as others
The ideal candidate shall have existing experience providing administrative support to a financial adviser within a wealth management or financial planning firm. Have excellent communication and organisiation skills, experience submitting new business applications and navigating various platforms, where exposure to Xplan would be advantageous.
