Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator, to join an established and successful business, seeking to appoint a new team member to join their team at an exciting time of growth!

This opportunity would suit a multi-talented individual, who is looking for a wide-ranging and varied role supporting the Quality and Product management part of the business. If you come from a strong Administrative and/or Quality Assurance background, have a keen interest in systems, processes and/or Information Technology then this could be the opportunity that you have been waiting for!

Office location: Close to Boldon - this role will be mainly office based.
6 months minimum, with the view to going permanent for the right candidate
Salary: GBP18k - GBP22k, depending on experience
Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, standard office hours (9AM - 5PM) some flexibility offered Role responsibilities:

To play an instrumental role in the continuous improvement of the company, it's processes, systems and databases
Managing forms, processes, documents, auditing and projects for the quality department
Assisting in the improvement and maintenance of a Product Database
Assisting with importing and exporting data via Excel, collecting, and organising data etc.
Maintaining records and processes in line with company procedures; writing, reviewing, scanning, distributing and filing / archiving of Quality System documents
Assist with and provide your own ideas for the modernisation of the company, it's processes, website and IT/software systems
Some responsibilities for managing individual projects
Involvement in the company's social media platforms
Ensuring that all administrative activities within the Quality Assurance department are compliant.
Cooperating with institutes, authorities, suppliers and auditors
Working with the relevant supervisor to set up products and stock via the company website and systems
Work with relevant teams to support continuous process improvementKey skills required:

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. It is highly beneficial that you are intermediate in this area, with familiarity of both basic and more advanced Excel functions, ideally with knowledge of VLOOKUPs, INDEX / MATCH, and pivot tables.

To be considered for this position you will be assessed on Excel, Spelling & Grammar and Data Entry.

The strongest of organisational skills will be required in this role!
