Paralegal

We're now looking for a Property and Charging Paralegal to play a crucial role in helping us transform lives and revitalise neighbourhoods.
The difference you'll make
As a trusted member of the team, you will work across The Riverside Group Limited (TRGL) in providing support to Treasury, the Legal Team and the operational business in relation to property and charging work. You will ensure a consistent approach is taken to property and charging across the business while minimising operational and reputational risk.
The role involves supporting a broad range of real estate, affordable housing matters, property charging, insurance and other financial and corporate transactions. Your tasks will include managing databases and liaising with colleagues across TRGL to locate and store information.
You will provide support within agreed timeframes in a manner that meets commercial needs and ensure you share relevant knowhow and expertise with the businesses within TRGL.
So, who are you?
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to strict deadlines.
Full of good ideas, you'll use your own initiative, exercise your analytical skills and work flexibly whilst putting your knowledge of real estate and charging property to good use.
A degree from a recognised UK university would be an advantage, as well as familiarity with reviewing the titles of registered property. Excellent database management skills will also make you a good fit for the role.
