Henry Martin have just been instructed by an award-winning residential contractor, to assist them in their search for a result driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Our client operates throughout several regional offices, giving them good coverage and exposure across the market. As a group they have an annual turnover in excess of GBP500M with continued plans to grow and open new regional offices.
As the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will form part of the commercial team, working in collaboration with colleagues, on site based in Stevenage. The project is a multiphase residential development, with the initial phase comprising of 200 units with a build value of GBP40M.
The ideal candidate will have a construction related degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years site experience.
