Clinical Service Manager

£38,852 - £44,343

Location: Southport, Merseyside

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Queenscourt Senior Clinical Management Team. The post holder will be a registered nurse with experience across a number of care settings with particular emphasis on end of life.  You will also have demonstrable experience in management.

The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) is part of the senior clinical team and its purpose is to provide clinical leadership and management to support, deliver and develop high quality palliative and end of life care across all Queenscourt’s multi- disciplinary nursing and clinical teams. The CSM works alongside the Director of Nursing to co-ordinate, develop and manage our clinical services in line with the strategic and operational plan. The post holder will deputise for the Director of Nursing as required including matters relating to the Care Quality Commission and other regulatory bodies to ensure statutory obligations are met.

We will also consider applications from experienced Band 6 nurses looking for development into the CSM role.  Salary for this would initially be £31,439 - £37,753
