A Global Social Media Company based in London is seeking a Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months.

They are seeking an experienced recruiter to help build the EMEA Marketing and Sales team's. You will conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading talent for Global Marketing Solutions (from our Marketing and sales team to some of our technical support roles).


Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best diverse talent to each role
Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
Develop and execute the research strategy to support our global resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysisSkills and experience:

6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience: ideally in Sales, Marketing, Strategy or Technical hiring
Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
Experience independently partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives
Experience influencing senior leadership and executive teams
