Our client, a leading global medical training company, is currently seeking a Training Co-ordinator to join their team.

This is a vital role that requires a candidate with outstanding organisational skills, strong attention to detail, an ability to think "outside the box" with the ability to ensure the successful delivery of UK based medical training courses while maintaining both cost effectiveness and product quality.

Key responsibilities:

* Ensure delivery of training programs in the most cost-effective manner

* Coordinating Chief and Senior instructors

* Ensure that delivered courses meet all requirements of relevant national and international quality management standards and systems

* Maintain existing contracts and client base customer satisfaction

* Ensure the provision of high-quality office administration, which is well managed and personalised, to meet the needs of the individual learner or organisation:

* Keeping training records and files up to date, filing records

* Preparation of standard and custom training reports as required

* Maintaining training accreditation with relevant awarding bodies and facilitating annual inspection, including:

* Maintenance of instructor register

* Maintenance of department Standard Operating Procedures

* Ensure compliance with accreditation documentation requirements

* Order of training material

* Presenting health and safety brief at the beginning of on-site courses

* Attending weekly management meetings

Required skills and experience:

* Computer literate & experienced in Microsoft Office applications

* Degree level or equivalent

* Training, development and/or education department experience

* Basic understanding of medical industry desirable
