The Company
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Distribution Administrator for our client based in Sheffield. This is a modern business, who truly invest in their staff.
The Role
This will be a temporary until at least April. Within this role you will manage the end to end
supply chain from ordering devices, data and peripherals to the clients partners. This role will require you to work independently, and be able to trouble shoot issues as they arise. You will also Place orders with suppliers and ensure suppliers, as well as ensuring suppliers work to agreed SLA's, as well as updating internal teams on delivery lead times, whilst resolving any failed deliveries through rescheduling.
As well as this you will manage all invoices and ensure a documented audit trail is kept of all orders and deliveries. You will also communicate with the wider team, ensuring any issues are updated and escalated where applicable.
The Candidate
This role will suit someone who is a proactive individual, and possess string administration skills. You will be able to work well under pressure, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office, including word processing and spreadsheets.
The Benefits
This is a fantastic temporary opportunity to part of a rapidly growing charity. A FTE salary is on offer of GBP20,000, as well as all equipment being provided in order to work remotely.
