We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager for our client based within the Chichester area.

You will be there to organise and coordinate administrative duties and procedures for the business, ensuring high levels of compliance, administration and communication at all times. You must be highly organised and able to ensure the smooth running of the office, you will be there to manage the office and ensure colleagues follow procedures.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver sales admin support via quotations
Assist in improving company procedures
Day to day operations
Build and input all data accurately, monitoring work from start to finish
Working with the Production team to deliver work scheduling
Scheduling meetings and minute taking
Providing general administrative support to the Director and colleaguesTasks will include:

Administrative duties
Data inputting
Sales Admin Support
Office Management
Business Administration
Assisting with tasks and duties as and when required
Health and Safety accreditation and reporting
Organising and reporting on staff training
Taking minutes of meetings as required
Facilities management and administrationThey are looking for someone who has excellent written skills and is able to clearly and calmly communicate with people at all levels. The ability to work well under pressure is essential, you must be results driven and possess a strong team work ethic, but also have the confidence to efficiently work alone. You must have strong attention to detail and keen problem solving skills.

They are looking for someone who can bring a lot not only to the role but the company, someone with a creative mind with an ability to confidently suggest improvements.

Strong IT skills including a strong knowledge of Excel is essential.
