Darparu gwasanaeth effeithiol, effeithlon a chyfeillgar i gynnig cymorth ariannol i fyfyrwyr a darpar fyfyrwyr sy'n astudio yng Ngholeg Meirion Dwyfor. Bydd dyletswyddau'n cynnwys darparu cyfleuster helpu sy'n cynnig gwybodaeth ac arweiniad ar amrediad o wasanaethau a darpariaethau i gynnig cymorth ariannol i ddysgwyr, gweinyddu cronfeydd cyllid myfyrwyr, derbyn a chofnodi ceisiadau am wasanaethau cymorth ariannol i fyfyrwyr, cofnodi a chadw data.
Byddwch yn gallu dangos profiad weithio mewn rôl gwasanaethu cwsmeriaid a byddwch angen lefel dda o sgiliau TG. Mae lefel uchel o sgiliau gwasanaethu cwsmeriaid a chyfathrebu'n hanfodol. Mae'r gallu i fod yn hyblyg a gweithio mewn amgylchedd deinamig yn hanfodol.
Mae hon yn rôl rhan amser ar sail rhannu swydd. Bydd gofyn i'r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fod ar gael i weithio dau ddiwrnod yr wythnos. Efallai y bydd cyfleoedd i gynyddu oriau yn ystod cyfnodau prysur.
Job Purpose
To provide an effective, efficient and friendly student financial support service to prospective students and learners studying at Coleg Meirion Dwyfor. Duties will include providing a help-desk facility, providing information and guidance on a range of student financial support products and services, administering student finance funds, receiving and recording applications for student financial services, inputting and maintaining data records.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in a customer focussed role and will need a good level of IT skills. A high level of customer services and communication skills is essential. The ability to be flexible and work within a dynamic environment is essential.
This a part time role on a job share basis. The successful candidate will be required to be available to work two days a week. There may be opportunities to increase hours during busy periods
