AWS Cloud Engineer/Dev Ops

A scaling digital Ecommerce client with are now seeking a Cloud Engineer AWS/Dev Ops Engineer to support them with their technical growth and expansion.

As the Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising, managing new releases, and deployments across the AWS estate.

This contract opportunity will suit an Infrastructure Engineer that has experience with supporting Cloud based technologies, or a skilled Dev Ops Engineer who is looking for a new challenge within a start-up E-commerce environment.

We are seeking technology candidates who would like to take the lead and work independently but who are also able to collaborate and communicate with technical and non technical team members:

• Experience with cloud technologies AWS
• Previous experience within a Dev Ops Environment
• Knowledge of Gitlab or Git, and be familiar with git processing, and CLI commands to resolve merge conflicts. Using Gitlab pipelines to deploy code onto EC2 instances.
• AWS CLI commands
• AWS autoscaling, ALB load balancers, ACM Certificate manager and alias records
• Amazon Linux2 Linux systems operations and administrator
