Property Litigation Solicitor required to work within our client's dispute resolution team within their Chelmsford branch. It is essential for this Property Litigation role that you possess a minimum of 3 years PQE gained within property litigation. As you will be working within the dispute resolution team although the essential requirement is property litigation experience ideally you will also possess Property Litigation solicitor litigation experience in Personal Injury, Professional negligence, insolvency, construction and contentious probate
The Role:
* Dealing with Property disputes, Contract disputes, Professional negligence and Contentious Probate matters
* Handle a mix load of civil and commercial litigation matters ranging from Fast- Track claims to multi -track litigation
* Should have experience of handling a broad mix of civil and commercial litigation matters, including debt collection, property and construction disputes, a mix of company and partnership litigation and contractual and other negligence related cases.
* Working in the dispute resolution team who have have an enviable client portfolio
* Forging and maintaining strong client relationships
* Dealing with debt collection
* Play an active part in the marketing of the department
The Person
* You will be an ambitious solicitor 3 years plus PQE within property litigation
* Possess solid Litigation experience, including Personal Injury, Property Disputes, Professional negligence and contentious probate
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Good organisational skills and an ability to be attentive to detail are essential.
* Must be willing to market and travel as required between offices.
