Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Department: Safehands Recruitment (Healthcare Agency)
Reporting to: Branch Manager or Senior Consultant
Reports: None
JOB PURPOSE To support the person or team you are working for to achieve their quarterly and yearly financial targets; this can be achieved by a combination of any of the following ways:
• Searching for candidates for positions that you have been asked to work on, this can include but not be limited to searching job boards and Match Maker, interviewing candidates who come into register, advertising positions and managing response, as well as searching on LinkedIn / Social media for potential candidates.
• Interviewing either on the phone, video or face to face candidates that either you or your team have short listed.
• Identifying sales leads for your team / consultant by speaking to candidates.
• Being a point of contact for a client and helping complete required tasks as directed by your team / consultant.
• Completing other tasks as required including arranging interviews, updating spreadsheets / CRM, dealing with candidate queries, being on site for inductions etc.
• Following the rigorous compliance lifecycle of all new starters.
• Fully understand the compliance/training requirements that each of your client's desire and ensure audits are passed along with your Branch Manager. Billed revenue should be achieved through adherence to the recruitment lifecycle and therefore providing the highest level of customer service to candidates and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Target attainment
• Responsible for ensuring team or consultant you are working for achieve their quarterly and margin target through achieving personal target and KPIs. Performance Activity Completion of the following as an individual:
• Weekly KPI's.
• e-shots.
• Speculative CV generation.
• Lead generation.
• Any other performance activity as directed by your Team Manager / Principal Consultant.
Additionally assist the Divisional Director in any special assignments / projects as requested, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education and Training
Preferably educated to A-level or equivalent or at the very least 5 GCSE grade A-C including Maths and English
