Senior Account Manager | Digital Agency | Pharmaceutical | Remote
Our client, an award-winning, independent digital agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to take a lead role in developing key accounts in the pharma and healthcare sectors.
The Senior Account Manager will take a strategic role in the development of assigned accounts across Europe and will be responsible for building strong client relationships and ensuring that project delivery exceeds client expectations. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth on existing accounts and identifying opportunities for new business development.
About You:
An experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager.
Proven track record of account growth.
Commercial acumen to spot new business development opportunities.
Excellent knowledge of digital technology and innovation, ideally from an agency environment.
Experience of the pharmaceutical (preferred) or other regulated sector (financial services, insurances etc).
Service focussed individual, who is motivated by doing a great job, not just money.
Keen to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Able to lead projects and drive exceptional customer experience whilst selling digital solutions and consultancy.
Able to mentor junior members of the team and be excited about new technology and innovation.
A passion for innovation, team building and delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary in the range of GBP35,000 - GBP45,000
