Job Description
We are looking for a New Home Sales Negotiator to work on an ongoing basis in the Birmingham West Midlands Area. There are various dates available working all different days of the week, you will be required to go into developments sometimes at short notice or booked way in advance and cover for the developer. Standard working hours would be working from 10am - 5pm or sometimes slightly different depending on the requirement.
Requirements
Provided you can deliver a high standard of customer service
Previous New Homes Sales experience is essential.
You will be employed by U&P where you'll be paid a competitive hourly rate.
