Teaching Assistants required in Warwick and surrounding areas
Your new school
I am responsible for supplying Teaching Assistants across Coventry and Warwickshire, recently I have received many roles from schools asking for experienced Teaching Assistants to support children with interventions and whole class support.
Your new role
You will be supporting the KS1 or KS2 Class Teacher, the school will always ask for experienced Teaching Assistants so you are able to hit the ground running. You will be following the teachers instructions, being flexible with in the classroom and working alongside the children in patient, friendly and approachable manner.
You might be required for week bookings or longer are the moment you will be asked to work at lots of different school all week because of COVID so schools are booking in supply for 1 week or more. Driving is desirable t enable you to reach more schools and to be called upon at the last minute, however this isn't essential and pre-bookings are also available.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need relevant experience of supporting children in Primary and/or Secondary school
You must be approachable and have a calm and understanding approach to working with children
You must be flexible and adaptable in your approachWhat you'll get in return
