Are you and experienced HR Manager looking for your next challenge?
Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional with a forward-thinking approach and excellent leadership qualities.
Your main area of responsibility will be to coach and mentor a team of advisers on all aspects of advice and guidance they give across the organisation on employee relations and change management activities. You will need to ensure that the advice they are giving is appropriate to to resolve people related issues quickly and informally.
You will ideally hold the CIPD qualification, or equivalent degree qualification and be up-to-date on current employment legislation, case law and good HR practice. Experience of working within a large, unionised organisation will be beneficial as will an understanding of Government terms conditions of employment.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and, of course, you will be working from home
