We are looking to strengthen the current team, and inline with our restructure are keen to speak with individuals that are ready for that next challenge and be part of the fantastic growth plans we have - backed up by some already in place great contract wins.You will ideally come from a background with the recruitment Power / process / Engineering arena. Reporting to the National Delivery Director, you will assume responsibility for but not limited to:
* Ensure all projects and key accounts are delivered inline with company and client expectations
* Identify business development opportunities within existing a new clients
* Effective pipeline management working closely with the Director and resource teams
* Work with the team to ensure effective use of resource via manpower planning
* Ability to react to client needs in a proactive and positive manner
* Manage and support the resource managers on fulfilling client requirements
* Attend client site and head office meetings as required
* Become a subject matter expert (if you are not already!) within your field and offer a true consultative approach to recruitment and hiring solutions
* Ensure compliance is maintained in regards to hiring and contractual obligations
* Working closely with the Director to ensure budget targets are achieved
