We are recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Engineer for a leading stockist and distributor of engineering parts based in North Leicester. This is an established company and the role will offer career progression. Working hours are 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday.

GBP20,000 to GBP22,000 per annum depending upon experience

Duties include
Responsible for handling incoming technical enquiries to meet customer needs and requirements
Sourcing non-standard products and liaising with suppliers
Generate quotations and proposals
Manage CRM data
Agree special prices with suppliers
Any other duties as reasonably requested
Key Skills
Technically competent with recent experience in a similar sales office-based role
Has the ability to effectively engage with customers and respond as required
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Good knowledge of IT
Able to work to tight deadlines in a time sensitive environment
