TRAINING CAN BE PROVIDED - Administration Experience Needed!
A leading ARC Monitoring Company based in Bristol are currently extending their services and have brought in new clients and are looking to grow their Administration team.
Day to Day Duties:
- Logging new and updating existing files
- Completing high volumes of data entry and other administration tasks
- Using internal and external systems to log and update all reports
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from customers and providing accurate updates
- Ensuring standards of customer service excellence are met
- Adhering to external regulations and guidelines and internal policies and procedures
- Adding new CCTV and alarm systems to dedicated software packages.
- Providing telephone and email support to customers
- Responding to email queries from customers.
- If successful you will attend a course to obtain the SIA CCTV qualification (company funded).
- All offers of employment are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references from the previous 5 years employment history and vetting checks.
Admin experience is required, however the rest of the skill set and knowledge of the industry can be trained.
