Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Package:
GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 with Company Car/Car Allowance + Package
Role Overview:
My client is based in Birmingham and specialises in Design & Build Housing Developments for a range of clients across the Midlands and further. They require an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to look after up to 3 jobs at anyone time, working with a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Should I Apply?
You will have experience working with JCT Form of Contract.
Residential experience, boasting sound technical knowledge of the subcontract works packages.
You will be out on site and in the office, so you will be happy jumping in the car and visiting your sites on a regular basis
