Greenacre Recruitment are working with a social housing provider in the Berkshire area to find a Senior Asset Compliance Manager on a permanent basis.
About the role
The role sits within the assets & growth team, managing the compliance of the contractors and consultants.
Responsible for delivering compliance on a variety of workstreams and ensure the correct programme of surveys and inspections are carried out. Remedial programmes delivered on time.
This role will designate you the Building Safety Manager responsibility, in line with the Building Safety Bill 2020.
Qualifications and other requirements
* Relevant health and safety or building safety qualification (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH).
* Minimum three years relevant experience.
* Incorporated or associate member status of RICS, RIBA, CIOB or CIBSE (desirable).
* Evidence of significant continuing professional development (CPD).
* BOH4 P405 - management of asbestos in buildings (or similar qualification) (desirable).
* Full clean driving license with own transport
