Location: Leicester

Summary
Our client - a highly successful, long-established name in the service sector - is seeking an enthusiastic Contracts Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

With offices based in Leicester serving both public & private sector clients across the Midlands, this will be a front-of-house position, therefore a background in customer service would be preferred (though additional training will be provided).

The Role
*Customer service and liaising with clients,
*Responsible for administering and coordinating a variety of contracts,
*Receiving and logging work requirements from clients,
*Answering the telephone and directing calls to the right people,
*Allocating engineer schedules,
*Providing quotations,
*Ordering stock / parts,
*Collating completed job sheets ready for invoicing,
*Reporting to Senior Management.

The Right Person
*A demonstrable background in customer service, administration and/or reception is preferred,
*A contracting background would be advantageous,
*Excellent planning, organisation, time keeping and communication skills,
*Strong attention to detail, numerate and analytical,
*Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision,
*Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Package
*Appointment Type: Permanent
*Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP21,000 (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm, 37.5hrs per week
*Holiday 22 Days + Bank Holidays
