Industrial Recruitment Manager

Basic salary DOE - GBP35 to GBP40K + Margin Bonus and additional sales bonus (uncapped) and Car or car allowance

Extra Personnel are recruiting for an Industrial Manager to join our team in Derby
You must have previous experience working in an industrial recruitment background
Experience of running a successful Industrial desk. We are experiencing exciting growth in the East Midlands area and are looking for a dynamic Industrial manager to lead our established Industrial team. The role is self-generating telesales, team management & account management of our busy client base so will suit a self-starter with excellent time management & proven track record.
KEY DUTIES of an Industrial Recruitment Manager
To manage the industrial team to deliver a great service to our clients
Train, coach, develop and lead by example with the existing staff
Responsibility for industrial growth within the current clients as well as new
To introduce the services of Extra Personnel to prospective East Midlands based customers
To generate and action own leads to develop new opportunities
To manage the industrial team to deliver a great service to our clients
Manage our extensive and busy client base with site visits
To manage the teams daily and weekly KPIs
To Prepare appropriate MI to current clients
Use various marketing tools to increase local client awarenessSKILLS REQUIRED of an Industrial Recruitment Manager
Strong Sales and Customer service experience within a fast paced changing environment a must
Able to communicate at all levels from workers to directors
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads which continually change
Computer literate - outlook, excel and word
Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving
Full UK driving license required
Must be able to sell/ develop business
Must have a proven track record of being in a similar role or have a strong Recruitment consultant backgroundBENEFITS working with us as an Industrial Recruitment Manager
