Position: Sales Administrator
Location: London

We have a client in central London looking for a sales administrator to join the client services team.
The company work in the food sector and work across London and the UK
The Sales Administrator will ensure the smooth running of the following key tasks:
Ensure that communication between departments is ongoing and utilized to maintain an environment of continuous improvement.
Collect data and knowledge from all staff and parties involved and relay all necessary information to management
Plan and ensure the smooth conduct of all deliveries by establishing adequate contact with customers
Organize delivery schedules and keep track of the movements of all drivers/vehicles (Task Dashboard on Google Sheets)
Schedule and book appointments with commercial partners where necessary.
Provide assistance to the Accounts department in the collection of late payments when necessary
Collect orders from customers according to the Customer Call schedule
Inform all parties involved when a delivery is delayed/postponed/cancelled
Relay all sales leads to the Sales team
Provide a friendly and efficient customer service
Respond to all online/phone enquiries, sending Product Catalogue and/or Price List where relevant (Documents available on Google Drive)
Process invoices for all sales transaction orders, dispatch and update ledgers on Sage Accounts
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analyzing customer orders and using prioritization skills to pick items as quick as possible
Creating labels using keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Good IT skills
