Customer Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Coordinator/ Sales Support executive to join our Sales operation team based in Fareham. You will work with our existing Sales Support team who are customer focused, results driven and have an exquisite attention to detail.
The responsibilities for the Customer Support Coordinator will be, but not limited to:
* Act as a first point of contact for our existing and new customers dealing with enquiries.
* Ensure all data in the CRM is accurate post sale.
* Accurate processing of customer contracts and orders provided by the sales team.
Experience required
* You must have experience within administration support to a sales team with a great understanding of a back end sales process.
* You must have the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
* You must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience within working in a Customer Support role within the Telecoms industry will be an advantage.
