We have an exceptional (12-month fixed-term) contract for an experienced Manufacturing Administrator to work in DRB Filter Alignment. You would be joining an existing team who produce advanced electronic systems.
The role requires a proactive, task-orientated candidate to join us within the Quality Function to provide assistance and admin. support, taking on ownership of the DRB planner. You should have the confidence to communicate with people at all levels within the business, as you'll be responsible for chasing up tasks and actions within the plan.
The Job:
To manage the DRB planner ensuring tasks are carried out according to plan
Ensuring the sequence of testing has been carried out correctly according to the process plan in place.
Chase up outstanding tasks and actions throughout the production and test areas
Assist in the compilation of the DRB pack.
Escalate actions to senior management if the plan is not being met or processes not being followed.
Creating and updating spreadsheets and other databases to track tasks and actions.
You:
Good experience of MS office applications
Experience of using Visual Management tools
Flexible approach to working hours
A proactive approach to tasks
Accurate record-keeping and reporting
Great communicatorAll applicants will be subject to the previous 3 years referencing checks and a DBS check.
Hours:
08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday
Pay:
GBP17,500 - GBP18,500
