My Client are looking for an Administrator to work in their HR Department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in HR.
The role will be working Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm with an immediate start for the right person.
As HR Administrator you will be responsible for the following.
* Responding to general internal HR enquiries
* Issuing HR documentation including offer letters and contracts
* Assist with Initial screening for recruitment and selection
* Assist with scheduling candidate interviews
* New starter setup including IT and systems.
* Skills and experience: -
* Ideally Educated to degree level or equivalent with CIPD Level 3 or studying towards.
* A passion for people and culture.
* Good IT skills with working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office and cloud-based software
* Good knowledge HR legislation
* Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures and processes an advantage
