Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional heating contractor.
They require a self-employed gas engineer to carry out either servicing work only or servicing and breakdowns in domestic properties.
Contract details below:
Work Type
A mixture of local authority social housing, insurance, private customers, and landlords
Location
Gloucester and Cirencester
Jobs booked within a small radius to limit travel
Hours
Part-time work available if set days can be guaranteed by the engineer with up to 5 days plus weekends available
Appointments pre-booked via PDA system
Contract Length
Ongoing work
Rates (all parts will be supplied)
Service ONLY engineer - GBP20.00
Service & Repair - GBP22.00 per hour
Payment Terms
Weekly one week in hand
Requirements:
- Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
- ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, and CENWAT or CEN1 and WAT1
- Gas Safe Registration
- Van
- Calibrated flue gas analyser
- GBP2m Public Liability Insurance
