Data Services Developer, Leicester, Competitive salary

My prestigious Client based in Leicester is currently looking for a Data Services Developer to join their ever-growing team on a permanent basis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

* Maintain and create SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS packages

* Maintain and create SQL schema (stored procedures, functions etc.) as needed by both existing and new business requirements

* Ensure that all new code is appropriately controlled with regards to source control and deployment

* Assist in peer reviewing code within the team, and present code for peer review as appropriate

* Review business analytical requirements and design data structures to support delivery

Your skills and experience:

At least one year of experience with a proven track record in the following areas:

* SQL Server. SSRS. SSIS

Other skills:

* Experience with maintenance and creation of Azure Data Factory pipelines

* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong peer relationships

* Ability to communicate technical information effectively and clearly to a non-technical audience

* Ability to document technical information in a clear precise manner

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
