Every Step Recruitment are very excited to be working with a growing business within the Construction industry who are looking for an Office Manager to join their busy team on a full-time permanent basis.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing operational support with all tasks in the office
* Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and accurately
* Ensuring all Health and safety requirements are adhered to
* Keeping track of all sub-contractors training certifications making sure they are up to date
* Recruiting, onboarding, inducting and training new staff members
* All Office Manager duties (Full JD on request)
* Conducting regular financial reviews
* Continuous review of processes and procedures; identifying ways to drive efficiencies and cost savings
* Ordering stationary as and when required
* Hands on with a working database
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Previous experience of working within a similar role within the Construction Industry
A 'can do' attitude, ability to multi-task and results-orientated
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to speak a foreighn language (Romanian) would be very helpful
