Civil Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a multi-office and disciplinary firm who is looking to bring on a Civil Litigation Solicitor with a broad knowledge of Litigation matters as well as being a right fit with their current teams.

They are looking to bring on a professional and enthusiastic Solicitor who is able to come in and handle a variety of matters from the offset.

This role will see the successful candidate working on a variety of matters which some of which are highlighted below:

• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Professional negligence disputes
• Contested probate disputes
• Regulatory disputes
• Intellectual property disputes
• Debt recovery

The role is open in regards to Post Qualified Experience as this firms Litigation department has a number team members who are able to aid and assist more junior Solicitors or Executives.
