Our HR department are looking for a new HR Assistant. As our HR assistant, you will…

Support and assist the HR advisor in the provision of a high quality, proactive and efficient HR shared service to managers and staff within the Trust. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the HR Shared service workload and provide first line advice on Together Trust’s HR policies and procedures and ensure best practice is shared and developed across the team and managers in the Trust.

About you

Candidates for this role must hold a Level 3 CIPD qualification and have previous experience of working in a HR shared service role. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be comfortable working in a busy environment and have experience of HR databases and systems.

Self-motivated, organised and process driven, you will have up to date working knowledge of employment law and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures and compliance. Furthermore, you will be a strong team player, have effective interpersonal skills and be able to deliver a varied workload to agreed deadlines.
