HR Advisor
Bristol/Cardiff/Homeworking
Contract start ASAP - April 2021
Working for a leading facilities company within Healthcare, this contract is starting immediately full time until April 2021. Working from Home or within one of the local hubs in Bristol or Cardiff.
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the line managers in delivering and improving culture, change of management,complaince, cost control within the workplace.
Duties will inculde :
Member of the operationd HR team to ensure delivery to the business
Ensuring attendance management is monitored in detail, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery
Advice on early stage grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings as appropriate only
Spreadsheet, policies & processes and updates
Monitoring of the annual performance cycle
Support with the month end reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time
Providing general HR assistance and acting as the link between the HR team and Employees
Supporting line managers in all people processes to ensure best practice
You will be:
Part qualified CIPD member would be an advantage
Experience in an HRA role or an FM management role
Track-record in HR generalist role
