* Generalist role.
* Supporting Managers and Employees.
* Covering all stages of the Employee Lifecycle.
* Providing support with Employee Relations.
* Supporting with Training and Development.
* Liaising with multilingual workforce.
* Contributing with projects.

* Manufacturing background
* CIPD Level 5
* Experience working in a small and fast-paced team
* Strong administration skills
* Clear communicator across all levels of the business
* Computer literate
* Meticulous attention to detail
