Job Description
Our award-winning manufacturing client based in Bradford are looking to recruit an Occupational Health & Safety Administrator to join their existing team. Our client specialise in the manufacture of high-speed machinery, supplied to multi-market. Well establish and boasting a strong reputation as a leader within industry, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to secure a diverse role with a secure company.
The Role
• Inputting Risk assessments on to the Velocity system.
• Administration of see it, sort it, Report it Hazard slips and reports
• Administration of the Velocity system including end of month analysis of SOCP cards.
• Keeping records up to date for compliance to the ISO 14001 & 45001
• Closing out actions and updating systems
• Keeping records of PUWER assessments and updating the action tracker log.
• Audit and Management of COSHH assessments on site.
• Typing up of meeting minutes.
• Scheduling, booking and updating training records and files as required.
• Help with the organisation and administration of EHS campaigns.
• Raising of Purchase Orders.
• Updating PM manager with training records.
• Any other duties as required.
• Liaise with line managers regarding employee appointments
• Liaise with managers regarding the excel spreadsheets for statutory health surveillance
• Filing of employee records.
• Any other duties as required
The Candidate
• Solid administration experience, ideally from EHS / Occupational Health sector.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Good knowledge of GDPR & confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Methodical with experience of keeping accurate & up to date records.
• Excellent IT Skills including
Salary & Benefits
• GBP22,594 per annum
• Permanent
• Mon- Fri 37.50 hours per week (start & finish time TBA)
• 33 days holiday including stats
• Onsite paring
• Healthcare/childcare scheme after qualifying period
