IT Support Analyst/Infrastructure Engineer

IT Support Analyst/Infrastructure Engineer required for my client based near Hull for a permanent role paying GBP25-35k

Hours are 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Main Duties:

Provide end user support for windows PCs/laptops, mobiles, tablets

Provide system support for windows Servers, office 365, Active Directory, video conference, exchange

First point of contact via helpdesk/phone/in person for group IT helpdesk & other business users

Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems as the first point of contact. Escalating the problem to another member in the team if required

Basic networking troubleshooting/diagnostics

Supporting end users via the helpdesk, phone or in person

Ensure effective communication on escalation

Assist with the creation of support documentation for our internal knowledge base

Any experience/knowledge in Azure, Meraki, Networking, Intune, Mitel with be advantageous
