German speaking Customer Service Team Leader
Exciting opportunity for ambitious, customer centric native level German speaking team leader with strong leadership qualities to take on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave.
You will head up a small team of customer service representatives / account handlers looking after the German B2B customer base for this well-established, and internationally recognised, clothing brand.
Duties to include:
* Direct supervision / management of the team
* Daily meetings to plan workloads, address and resolve supply issues in relation any potential 'blockers' to orders going out on time
* Dealing with ongoing training and support
* Attending meetings with management and key stakeholders
* Order book analysis
* Reporting
* Ensuring KPIs are met
Ideally suit a creative individual, resilient to change with excellent communication and leadership skills who has lots of fresh ideas and energy, can hit the ground running and work within a fast-paced ever-changing environment. The ability to problem-solve, challenge the status quo, and analyse balance sheets etc. is a must.
The successful German speaking Customer Service Team Leader will also possess advanced IT skills, especially Excel, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
Proven management / supervisory skills and supply chain / distribution centre experience within a customer focused role is a must coupled with an ability to speak German and English fluently to a native level.
