AdTech Innovations Manager, reporting to Digital Trading Director of FTSE100 FMCG.

The AdTech Manager plays a key role in the evaluation and deployment of advertising technology platforms to support the business through its digital transformation journey.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate they are able to identify new partner opportunities that will lead to greater digital media effectiveness and efficiencies across marketing communications.

The AdTech Manager is responsible for managing key technology partnerships & promoting greater country adoption of the digital tech stack.

The AdTech Manager plays an analytical role, acting as the expert of the business' ad technology

capabilities, reporting metrics, proposing future enhancements and tool adoption, and understanding on behalf of the business how all these relate to the digital landscape as well as how they will boost advertising efforts.

Skills and Competencies:

At least 5 years marketing experience and must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills developed within the FMCG environment or Media Agency
Experience of managing key technology partnerships and partner onboarding
Conducted vendor evaluations (RFIs) and presented recommendations to senior stakeholders
Hands on experience with Ad Servers, Demand Side Platforms, Social and Paid Search
Proficient knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and Google Analytics 360
Proven working knowledge of the Digital Ad Technology Ecosystem
Advanced understanding of campaign measurement and optimisation
Advanced analytic skills including expert knowledge of Excel, Power BI and Visual Basic (VBA)Personal Attributes:

Leadership qualities in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy
Ability to influence senior management in presenting new ideas and innovations
