Business Administration Apprenticeship - Level 3 - Candidate Care & Customer Service- Manchester City Centre

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for someone who has a real passion for customer service and administration to join the team as a Candidate Care Apprentice where you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. This is a full-time position within our modern and lively office in Manchester's Northern Quarter.

As a Candidate Care Consultant, you will be providing excellent levels of customer service and aftercare for current working candidates as well as completing a range of administrative tasks.

As a Candidate Care Apprentice your duties will include:

Maintaining weekly contact with our current workers from across Liquid Personnel's qualified contract recruitment teams
Handling all candidate queries in relation to their current assignments
Helping to generate new business leads and acquiring candidate referrals
Effectively promoting Liquid's services to ensure that we are the preferred agency for candidates
Maximising candidate retention by communicating providing the highest levels of customer care
Accurately updating and maintaining records on the company database
Sending out written communication via email
Logging information directly onto client portals
Updating and maintaining spreadsheetsAs an ideal candidate for this role you will be:

At least 5 GCSE's at grades A* to C, including English and Maths
Hardworking with excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
The ability to manage a demanding workload within a fast-paced working environment
Able to make engaging, productive outbound calls each day and demonstrate excellent customer service
Able to work autonomously
Committed to customer service
Positive and hardworking
