- Strong incident management and problem management skills
- Production oversight - batch processing, maintenance releases etc
- Root cause analysis
- ITIL qualified
- Experience managing third part suppliers against SLAs
- SQL Database experience
- Basic network configuration skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience of working within Finance/Financial Services/FinTech
- It would be ideal if you had knowledge of IFA Back Office systems
This is a key role which will play an important part in continuous improvement of the company's key product, and the service which its users enjoy.
Your role will be varied, and include:
- Business and system support
- End to end issue management
- Working with development teams to aid analysis and testing
- Production management
- Managing third party suppliers
