Are you a confident Administrator looking for your next role? A leading UK retailer to the trade industry require an HR Administrator to join their HR team on an initial 3-month fixed term contract based in Middleton. Salary 19K working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8-4 / 9-5 starting ASAP.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a confident, organised and proactive HR Administrator who is used to working in a busy office environment where confidentiality is key. You will have excellent Microsoft skills with Intermediate Excel as a minimum. A CIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Working alongside another Administrator, your primary role will be general and day to day HR administrative support, recruitment administration, data entry, reporting, processing new starters and leavers, assisting with payroll, assist with the absence management process and ensure that all staff files are up to date and compliant with data protection legislation. On the job training will be provided.

It is essential that you have previous experience as a HR Administrator / Generalist and can start immediately.
