Pure are currently recruiting for a Transfers Administrator, to join a reputable and award-winning wealth management organisation, based in Ipswich. The purpose of the role, is to coordinate and manage stock and cash transfers within the business. Working within a small team, this role will require somebody who is well-organised, patient and tenacious.

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Responsibilities Include:

Processing of transfer in' requests from clients, and communicating with the Investment Manager and the Transfers Department, to ensure all issues are swiftly resolved and transfers are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Processing of cash transfers in and out
Coordinate share dematerialisation, with third party provider
Coordinate internal asset movements
Arrange transfers out' processing
Provide data entry function and assist with record management processes
Liaise with Front Office, third party companies and service teams on a daily basis

Competencies Required:

Intermediate IT skills, including strong capabilities of Microsoft Office applications
Proactive attitude and professional telephone manner
Great communication & sharing knowledge

Managing relationships and client focus
Methodical and well-organised
Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
Previous office experience
Previous experience in a Transfers role is desirable
